Great video encoder and also audio encoder application. I loaded a divx movie and set profile to ipod mp4 (640*480), adjusted video and audio quality to higher and started the conversion. A very good ipod mp4 video was generated in few minutes.

It is kind of perfect. It converts avi to mpeg, avi to wmv, avi to flv; it can also rip CDs to any audio. Good tool for anyone.
